How do you ship Cuban cigars?
All shipments are sent by FedEx. Your cigars will arrive at your
door, 2-3 days from shipping confirmation. ( if you want we can
shipp cigars overnight).
How can I pay?
You may
pay as you wish using Visa, Mastercard and American Express through
our website. Money order, Cashier check and Personal check can be
used, but order is shipped when check clears. Contact
us to receive more information and instructions.
In what currency
are your prices?

What happens
if my cigars do not arrive, for whatever reason?
This is a very unlikely event, but our policy is that if for any
reason your cigars do not arrive at your door, we will replace the
order, re-shipping the exact order at no cost to you.
What happens
if I am not satisfied with the cigars you sent me ?
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return
your purchase within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging
for an immediate and full refund or exchange. You must return at
least 95% cigars you have order!
How do you guarantee delivery?
Each shipment has a tracking number by courier company (Fedex),
which enable us and you to trace shipment. If, for any reason, your
shipment fails to reach your door we will reimburse you fully or
send you a replacement order.
